    Range in size: Up to 220mm circle.
    Surface treatment service such as anodizing, powder coating may be provided.
  • Aluminum Casting:
    Die casting:
    Range in weight: Up to 8 kgs and projection size 400mm.
  • CNC Machining:
    Milling, turning, facing via automatic and manual feeding.
    CNC mills offer maximum horizontal travel of 39 x 23 inches with vertical travel of 15 inches.
    In-house fixture gauge and checking gauge production provides precision gauges for both simple and complex parts.
  • Fabricating & Assembly:
    Capability to provide you the complete ready for sale unit that needs to involving different processes including extrusion, bending, machining, polishing, welding, anodizing and assembling to unit.
  • Forming & Welding:
    Automatic seam welders and skillful welding technicians offers consistent high quality welding.
  • Gravity casting and machining:
  • Metal stamping & Deep Drawn parts:
    A variety of stamped (Progressive stamping included) and deep drawn parts can be produced by hydraulic presses up to 400 tones capacity.
    Our in-house tool and die designing capability provides precision tooling provides precision tooling and die for both simple and complex metal parts.
    We specialize in designing the tool and gauge which may be used both for production and in process step to step controls to ensure consistent conforming parts.

    Auto feeding machine, turning capability up to 15 inch OD.
